SubContacts is a real-time matchmaking service that connects builders and subcontractors with one click of a button. We exist to help make life easier and more productive for our contractors, allowing them to continue driving their businesses forward. Taking advantage of technology, our app provides a convenient solution to many of their problems.

We value work/life balance and built this app to give contractors time back in their day to do what they love.  As a general contractor himself, our founder Brian was tired of wasting time and $ looking for subs. The headache of trying to find on-time and on-budget contractors was getting in the way of not only his business, but also his family life. As a recent father of twin girls, Brian’s frustration with this aspect of the job drove him to find a solution, which is how SubContacts started.
